Shipping Policy

Our items are made to order by various suppliers and will ship (to U.S. and Canadian addresses only) via the method and on the timetable chosen by our contractors.

Generally orders arrive in 5-7 from placement - but may require 10-14 days for delivery.

All deliveries will be tracked, and any pertaining information will be forwarded to Customers via e-mail as soon as possible.

Please afford the tracking report a window of 48-72 hours for its first installment.

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges are not available as all merchandise is made to order and therefore not sourced from stock.

Refunds for returned merchandise (less the cost of shipping and handling) will be granted only if the Customer alerts the Store to the intention to make a return via the Contact Form within five (5) days after the recorded time of delivery.

Instructions will be sent via e-mail on how to complete the process. Give the Store up to 48 hours to respond and be prepared to make re-shipment within 48 hours after that.

To be eligible for return items must be sent in the condition in which they arrived - without being altered or worn (except for try-ons).
